I’ve been reading about the inclination of some people, so certain of their beliefs, they will employ extraordinary means to impose those beliefs on everyone. These Christian Nationalists are known to manipulate school curriculums intending to eliminate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion programs aimed at leveling the educational playing field for all students. They are known to picket women’s health centers spreading disinformation about pregnancy termination. This brand of conservative Christianity, opposed to gay rights and LGBTQ initiatives and non-traditional marriage partnerships, is intent on removing these rights by installing like-minds in positions of political power.

As these folks build their coalitions and expand state by state, intent on imposing their beliefs on all by eliminating the opposition, they threaten the very nature of a democratic pluralistic society.
